What is a Bling Bling Jam Balloon Slam?

Don't feel bad, I had to look it up as well ... it's a picture competition hosted by Steve Klein to promote his Bling Bling Jam balloon convention. The prize this time was a bundle of Eric Weinstein's latest PDFs - and hopefully this blog has established by now what a fan I am of his designs. In fact, the very first entry in the blog is based on his chubby cheek design.

I thought I would try and make my entries based on the PDFs I already own of Eric Weinstein's or at least associated with Steve Klein/Bling Bling Jam/YourPartySchool.com in some way.  In total, there were 8-ish entries.    I say 8-ish because the last one was not really an entry, we had just learned the swans from Jeffrey Hayes in an impromptu webinar, since he was one of the competitors, I thought it would be hilarious to enter with his design, but about halfway through building it I was second-guessing that my bizarre sense of humor would just be confused with being mean - so I posted it as a non-entry-thanks-for-being-awesome, but include it here.

When I woke up yesterday morning and was wondering why people were liking an older picture I had posted.  I looked and saw that it was because I had won - what a fantastic start to a day! :)  Thank you to the judges and everyone who participated!
