I didn't realize at the time, with NightCafe - if you specify a style, it will not give you the same pre-emptive extra parameters.   This really simplifies the request as the weights of the parameters are strictly your phrase.

Here is what it rendered with the prompt "digital art of a purple pig monster".  I chose the phrase "digital art" after seeing some amazing images that used a similar prompt.  What I've since learned is that people mask their prompts for some reason by using their final image as source, weighting the image 100% and making the prompt "~ Digital Art by  GuyWhoWontSharePrompt".  

Because - you know - people crazy.

February 27 - Purple Pig Elder Gods Redux

So this was attempt #2 at the Purple Pig Elder God prompt, and was to get a gauge of how random the seed would be with the same input.

"Super duper"

The first one reminds me of the cover of the original AD&D Players Handbook, tentacles, random wings, so good.  The two beast like versions are facets of the same divine pig as it ushers your deserved afterlife.  But the last guy is easily my favorite of the bunch --- twin right arms holding up a severed head?  Spiked body armor that looks like a catchers padding?  All hail Nrjbarrlfggldlbagglllalalg! 

This time the "pre-random" of my prompt changed it to:

February 26 - Purple Pig Elder God

What is reality then, but a series of images I feed my fantasy generator?

A friend recently showed me a few digital AI art sites, and I have been enchanted to see what they might create and come up with some fun prompts.

Digital AI art is fascinating in that every system that implements it, has to be "trained".  That is, one gets fed it a billion images to learn from, whereas another gets it's own set of a billion images or perhaps all of it's same images are weighted differently.   But even multiple runs at the same query generate different results because of the randomness built into the algorithms.

I think I'm in love.

This was my first prompt, using NightCafe --- Purple Pig Elder God, and one thing I really appreciate about the process is that some of the initial randomness is added directly to the prompt.  So my request became:

February 25 - wafflefriies

wafflefriies is a recent DeviantArtist who I imagine was playing around with commissions probably wondering "what does this button do".  Surprise!  Wanna build a purple pig?

But then moments later I received my own, "Suprise!  sure!"

This is probably a perfect design for an oven mitt.  It actually kind of reminds me a bit of a finger puppet toy, or maybe a teether for a baby if it was hard plastic.

PixelDutchie is a DeviantArt artist from the United States that had a very colorful badge commission and volunteered to see what she could do with our pig as inspiration.

One wonderful thing about DeviantArt is you can sometimes see the artistic evolution of someone in their gallery.  PixelDutchie just really blossomed as an artist, some of the most recent images she has done are fantastic - her most recent is my favorite, though I may be a bit biased. :)

This looks like a teen pig, proud because his spikes are finally coming in, not realizing that this means acne as well...

Februrary 23 - ZacharyVasquez

This is the sinister look you see in an anthropomorphized pig down a dark alley and start questioning your life choices and whether or not you will ever eat bacon again.

LarkinCrowley is a DeviantArtist from Mexico that offered to make our character in what he referred to as "headshot style".  I love these craaaazy anime eyes, practically hypnotic.  

With the drool though, I'm imagining he's not the smartest pig. Instead of twisting a balloon animal, it's twisting a bunch of sausage links ... and maybe even his friends.   Tell me again about the rabbits George...

February 21 - Lore-of-Lyndz

Lore-of-Lyndz is a professional DeviantArtist from South Africa who specializes in vector illustrations and bringing characters to life, which he certainly did with this chunky boi!

Please note that it is a bag of carrots he is eating, and not the deep fried flesh of his barnyard buddy.  By the way, has anyone seen Mr. Clucks?

CremeS0dAA is a DeviantArtist from Canada and they offered an interesting if somewhat bizarre YCH commission to be in a boba tea drink.  As fascinated as I was by the prompt, I was doubly blown away by this shiny mascot and what could just as easily be a brand label.

Whoever had disco dancing rainbow purple pig in boba tea on their bingo card can go ahead and cross that off.

Badger-shade is a recent DeviantArtist that offered to make a colored "Lizerb face creature" and had a bunch of cute an simple portfolio samples.

I honestly just thought they were going to color one of the lizerbs and not completely redraw it in a funky new style, with different head angles and expressions and THEN to also send this extra badboy with his six-pack of murderous shark-fin spikes.  Crushing it.
