Plot twist: this isn't Scooby-Doo dressed up as Clifford the Big Red Devil. It's Scooby dressed up as Bluestone the Great - a failed magician - who dressed as Clifford the Big Red Devil to scare tourists away from the run-down old carnival.

I had been avoiding it to be honest. Loopy Heads 2 did not seem on the surface to be drastically different from Loopy Heads, and this was relegated to a backburner.
I was wrong. I mean sure, there are similarities but this is the definitely the "levelled up" version. Level ... 2 in fact.
I typically build at least a couple versions when following a lesson, the "twist along version" then a more careful build without the divided distraction. This time I thought it would be fun to think about the costumes the various characters would be wearing for Halloween.
