Art demands sacrifice.

Usually that's something like lack of sleep, paint flecked clothes, or fingernails that are never quite clean.   

Today I learned, my dog just doesn't want to be the fleshy backdrop for a giant bloodsucking insect.  Honestly, fair.

This design is from the Isopresso insect collection, my large rounds are fairly old and the main body oxidized fairly quickly (just the amount of time it took to build the legs).   This was my first time using Hi-Float ... Hi-Shine .. Float-Shine.  Honestly pretty impressed at how well it worked and how long it kept ... shining?
