Pieter van Engen published this fish in Balloon Magic Magazine issue #75.

This fish makes great use of the tapering of a 321 balloon and ends up looking like an angel fish. I really like the long fins, very different from the standard loop twists, but you are somewhat limited since 321's only come in 10 colors at this time. (black, white, blush, mocha, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and pink - NO PURPLE!!)
