This design is from Buster Balloon's Adorable DVD. This one is much smaller than all of the other designs on this DVD, but it is no less cute.
The basic form is very quick to make and easily replicated - Buster goes on to explain a few ways you can bring this to the next level with a woven band and bubbles. He credits Patrick Van de Ven for inspiring this turtle, based on an image he saw that was based on Buster's ladybug design. Circular reference, out of memory error.
This design reminds me of one of my favorite movies of all time. No corny joke captions this time, just fond memories.
